The Cintas Scan-on-Demand service addresses the dilemma faced by many companies of whether to scan documents or not. Sometimes the cost of scanning everything can be prohibitive - so Cintas has developed the ideal solution.

Our Scan on Demand service provides clients with the option of having any of the documents already stored with us, scanned and uploaded to our web based system, for clients to be able to view, print and manage.
 
Scan on Demand also provides you with:

• The ability to print, email or share your scanned image as many times as you require, so saving time and money as no copying is required
• The scanned image is permanently available and you need never request the document again. The paper based document will either be sent back to storage or it can be destroyed once scanned, to utilise the benefits of having documents digitally stored, as the original does not need to be kept for any longer than required.
